Zion Cliff Lodge - Hildale, Utah

Zion Cliff Lodge is a small boutique lodge in Hilldale, Utah just south of Zion National park. We are located approximately 30 minutes (20 miles) from the front entrance of the Park, with an SUV or 4X4 on a scenic back road. If you have a car It’s a 45 minute drive on the main hwy (47 miles).

We have four convenient places to eat and a grocery store within 5 to 10-minutes. Close to Water Canyon Hiking trail, three scenic city parks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Dinosaur Tracks, petroglyphs, 4×4 trails, Horseback riding, and canyoneering tours.

Owners Shem & Lisa Fischer have invested a great some of money & time remodeling this large home into a gem of a public boutique Lodge. Featuring personalized and classy décor, distressed hardwoods, high end beds, linens and a large scenic deck viewing the red cliffs and mountains with a grand staircase along with 2 romantic private decks. These are just a few of the thought-out details implemented in this lodge. Featuring 10 Suites, this boutique lodge provides the perfect setting for a memorable upscale, social and lodging experience.

There are places you "must see" when you come to any new town or city, and it should be places "must stay"This place has a good atmosphere, it feels more like a cabin, very cozy, very quiet and kind place. I was super lucky to speak with both owners. Those people have a unique sharm, and you can tell they love their business they love what they do, and they are really happy to see people on their property.If you are looking for a place to stay, you do not need to look further, this is the place you want to stay.

Eclectic mix of european style resort and the American West. The resort is still expanding but fully fuctional. Good dollar value. Beds clean and comfee. Ask for the attick suite. would go back. Nice view. Service top notch

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We started one night at Zion Cliff lodge and it was absolutely amazing experience! Arrived pretty late after long day hiking and were surprised by delicious dinner as a compliment from the owner. The room was clean, breakfast delicious and the views spectacular.Thank you for the hospitality! Hope to be back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zion Cliff Lodge, and I must say it was a truly outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the cleanliness of the lodge, immediately put me at ease.The owners of Zion Cliff Lodge are the epitome of hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their personal touch and friendly demeanor added a special touch to my visit.And speaking of views, the scenery from the lodge was nothing short of breathtaking. The picturesque landscapes that greeted me each morning and evening were a true feast for the eyes.The only minor note I would offer is that the lodge is about a one-hour drive from Zion National Park itself. While this may not be as close as some other accommodations, the tranquil setting and the warm hospitality more than make up for the extra drive time. Plus, the drive itself is quite scenic and enjoyable.In summary, Zion Cliff Lodge exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a place where you can unwind, connect with nature, and be treated like family. If you're looking for a homey, clean, and welcoming retreat with a stunning view, I wholeheartedly recommend Zion Cliff Lodge. It's a true gem in the heart of nature's wonderland.

We stayed at the Zion Cliff Lodge for two nights. One of the owners, when realizing how long we had been traveling, offered us dinner as we were exhausted. It was so thoughtful, and was possibly the best salad I've ever had! Our room was on the lower level, with our own bathroom. There is complimentary snacks and coffee, which was convenient after a long day of hiking, and exploring Zion National Park. It was overall a very homey atmosphere, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The building, rooms and location were absolutely beautiful and everything was super clean. The check-in process was unique in that it was completely over the phone and a code was provided for our room. The only problem with this is there there is no one around to answer questions and guest are left to figure out the details.
